We were engaged to design a two-storey detached garage located to the right of the existing home, along with a scope of interior renovations. The result is a thoughtfully designed project that is both functional and visually cohesive—beautiful inside and out.
This unique project involved the renovation of the right side of the home, the demolition of the left side, and the addition of a new two-storey addition. Working closely with the client over six months to one year, the design evolved through multiple revisions to achieve the final vision.
The project includes engineered truss and floor systems supplied by Scugog Lumber. Building permits were secured in January 2026, and demolition of the existing structure has already commenced.
